We note all the defendants in criminal cases with Ukrainian citizenship. In some cases, a Ukrainian passport in itself is grounds for persecution. Several Ukrainian public figures are defendants in criminal cases.

Write to political prisoners Public dissemination, under the guise of reliable reports, of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the protection of the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, the maintenance of international peace and security, or on the exercise by State bodies of the Russian Federation of their powers outside the territory of the Russian Federation for such purposes, as well as about volunteer fighters, organisations or persons providing assistance in the performance of tasks of Russian Federation Armed Forces.
Punishment:
a fine of 700,000 to 1,500,000 rubles, or corrective labor through wage docking up to 1 year; or forced labour up to 5 years; or imprisonment up to 5 years.
